Our family farm, Finca Las Flores, has been producing coffee for over 30 years. My parents, Edilberto and Nubia, started it with just 16 hectares of coffee cultivation. Since 2012, my brother innovative processing techniques to elevate the quality of our coffee. Today, we cultivate exceptional varieties such as Tabi, Red Bourbon, Java, Maracaturra, Pink Bourbon, Gesha, and
Caturra Chiroso.
As dedicated coffee producers, my brother and I each have essential roles in ensuring
excellence. I focus on experimenting with fermentation and processing to create unique and
distal of our coffees to the world.
